NC25
Defluxing and PCB cleaning by spray under immersion
A fully stainless, automatic-transfer machine: spray-under-immersion cleaning, closed-loop rinsing and vacuum drying. An alternative to ultrasonics on populated boards.

Application
The NC25 defluxes single- and double-sided boards, both SMT and through-hole, and handles boards rejected at the printing stage. Spray Under Immersion technology gives full coverage of the parts, where conventional spray can create shadow effects and where ultrasonics are sometimes ruled out on populated boards.
Benefits
- SUI technology: spray under immersion, full coverage
- An alternative to ultrasonics on populated boards
- Fully stainless construction, automatic transfer
- Closed-loop rinsing
- Vacuum drying
- Board-by-board traceability with NC25Manager

Frequently asked questions
Why spray under immersion rather than ultrasonics?
On populated boards, ultrasonics are sometimes ruled out because they can stress components and joints. Spray under immersion cleans with full coverage without that drawback, and avoids the shadow effects of conventional spray.
Does the NC25 provide traceability?
Yes, with the NC25Manager software: board-by-board process monitoring and multi-format reports compatible with supervision/MES.
Is this machine right for your requirement?
Let's talk about your parts, your contaminants and your throughput. We validate the process on real trials.
