Cleaning of frames and maintenance parts by 3-direction spray

Cleaning of flux frames and flux traps — usually a heavy, dirty job — handled by 3-direction spray and a rotating basket. Short cycle, water-based chemistry, no water rinse and no compressed air.

MBtech MC200 cleaning machine

Application

The MC200 cleans wave frames, internal parts, oven filters and parts, conformal-coating frames and pick-and-place nozzles. The 3-direction spray combined with a rotating basket ensures a short cycle, even on old, baked-on residue. The process runs in a closed loop, without water rinsing or compressed air, with hot-air drying.

Benefits

  • 3-direction spray + rotating basket
  • Short cycle, even on old baked-on residue
  • Closed loop, water-based chemistry
  • No water rinse
  • No compressed air required
  • Hot-air drying

Frequently asked questions

Does the MC200 clean baked-on flux residue?

Yes. The 3-direction spray and rotating basket ensure a short cycle even on old, baked-on flux frames — a job that is usually heavy and tedious.

Is a water or compressed-air supply needed?

No. The process runs in a closed loop with water-based chemistry, without water rinsing or compressed air. Drying is by hot air.

Is this machine right for your requirement?

Let's talk about your parts, your contaminants and your throughput. We validate the process on real trials.
