Defluxing and cleaning of populated boards by spray under immersion: full coverage, without the limits of ultrasonics or conventional spray.
On populated boards, ultrasonics are sometimes ruled out and conventional spray can create shadow effects. MBtech's SUI (Spray Under Immersion) technology cleans under immersion with full coverage of the parts. Patented filtration, closed-loop rinsing and board-by-board traceability complete the process.
