How it works
Patented filtration
The cleaning agent is filtered and regenerated continuously, in a closed loop. The bath stays active, cleaning quality stays constant, and the deionised-water rinse can often be removed.
Spray under immersion (SUI)
The jets work under immersion: full coverage of the parts with no shadow effect — ideal for populated boards where spray and ultrasonics reach their limits.
Ultrasonics
Controlled cavitation to lift contaminants off complex surfaces: stencils, squeegees, maintenance parts and tooling.
Traceability
The Manager software records the parameters of each cycle and produces multi-format reports usable by an MES — down to board-by-board traceability.
