Application

The NC25 defluxes single- and double-sided boards, both SMT and through-hole, and handles boards rejected at the printing stage. Spray Under Immersion technology gives full coverage of the parts, where conventional spray can create shadow effects and where ultrasonics are sometimes ruled out on populated boards.

Why spray under immersion rather than ultrasonics?

On populated boards, ultrasonics are sometimes ruled out because they can stress components and joints. Spray under immersion cleans with full coverage without that drawback, and avoids the shadow effects of conventional spray.
